The Gridiron Forum
Championing Dialogue for Competitive Digital Markets
The Gridiron Forum is a neutral, high-trust platform for meaningful dialogue between stakeholders shaping the future of digital market regulation in the UK and beyond. Established to support the participative implementation of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act (DMCC), Gridiron facilitates expert discussions on competition regulation—deliberately steering clear of corporate interests and case specifics.
Through Chatham House rule-based discussions, academic input, and regulator presence, Gridiron helps members navigate regulatory evolution, technological disruption, and market innovation, with a clear focus on supporting effective and fair pro-competition outcomes.
The group is chaired by Andrew Lansley, a former Cabinet minister, Member of Parliament for South Cambridgeshire between 1997 and 2015 and now an active member of the House of Lords.
Whether you’re aiming to create the regime, or just watching it closely, the Gridiron Forum is where the real conversation is taking place.
